ANNOUNCEMENT
The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (‘CySEC’) announces that, on 14 September 2020, the Company Providing Administrative Services IFSA Management Ltd (the ‘Company’), waived its authorisation pursuant to section 16(1) of the Law Regulating Companies Providing Administrative Services and Related Matters of 2012, as in force (the ‘Law’).
Therefore, the Company’s authorisation with Νumber 151/196, which was granted by CySEC, lapsed as from the aforementioned date and CySEC has permanently deleted IFSA Management Ltd from the Register.
It is noted that, in accordance with section 16(4) of the Law, the Company remains under the supervision of CySEC until its compliance with any of its outstanding obligations.
